Request Terms

The website helps customers request made-to-order parts. It is not an online checkout.

Requests are not confirmed orders

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed order, reserve printer availability, or collect payment. East Coast Diecast will review the details and confirm what can be made before work begins.

Prices and estimates

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Request-list totals are estimates for currently priced items and do not include shipping or items marked for a quote. Final pricing, shipping, timing, and payment arrangements are confirmed directly by email.

Made-to-order parts

Color appearance, surface finish, and minor details may vary because parts are 3D printed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, scale information, fitment details, and reference materials for custom requests.

Shipping and changes

Shipping or pickup arrangements will be discussed before an order is finalized. If a requested product, material, or color is no longer available, East Coast Diecast may suggest an alternative or decline the request.
